These Terms apply to the Luminous Creators Agency website, application forms, public Creator pages, and private platform access. Separate signed agreements may apply to Creator management, team work, payments, commissions, and agency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a Creator, access the platform, or work with adult Creator operations. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding, account creation, income, placement, or partnership. We may approve, reject, pause, or request additional verification at our discretion.

Private platform users may only access Creators, content, tasks, chats, analytics, and documents assigned to them. Misuse, unauthorized copying, sharing, scraping, harassment, impersonation, or disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

Uploaded content must be lawful, owned or authorized by the uploader, and compliant with applicable platform rules. Creator media, documents, and private operational data must be handled discreetly and only for approved business purposes.

Any examples, analytics, results, or case studies are not promises of future performance. Revenue depends on Creator profile, consistency, market demand, content quality, platform rules, audience behavior, and other factors outside our control.

We may update the website, platform, features, policies, or these Terms at any time. We try to keep services stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
